Relaxation Massage 15 minutes $20.00
Utilizing multi-modalities to massage the back, neck, shoulders and
extremities utilizing a chair rather then a table for full relaxation.
Chiropractic
Massage/ Full Body 90 minutes $100.00
Full Body warm-up, includes: Spinal discharge, Cranial-Sacral massage,
massage for the upper body and neck, spinal segment mobilization, and
manual traction to the lumbar and cervical spine.
Deep Tissue/Stress
Management 90 minutes $100.00
Deepest Stress management massage. The same protocols as the full body
massage incorporating the utilization of elbow and knuckle petrissage
strokes to mobilize greater amounts of tissue.
Full Body
Stress Management 60 minutes $70.00
Full body massage/Ukranian medical protocols. Designed to increase arterial
blood flow, metabolism, lymph drainage and bio-feedback, while reducing
blood pressure and stress.(Does not include, deep tissue, pectoralis,
abdominal, or Glut muscles.)
Lymph Drainage Massage 60 minutes $70.00
Incorporate these every fifth session to increase drainage allowing
your bodies own natural immune system to preform optimally.
Orthopedic
Massage/PT session 15 minutes $25.00
Therapeutic massage designed to remove inflammation, stabilize ans strengthen
an injury. Most commonly sprain/strain injuries.
P.T. Exercise
15 minutes $20.00
Follow-up to the massage session. Therapeutic exercise programs recommended
by the clients Physical Therapist.
Quantum
Qi Balance 90 minutes $100.00
Shiatsu Massage utilizing the Yu bladder meridians to identify blockage.
Incorporation of massage protocols that will help you re-balance your
energy.
Pre/post
Event Sports Massage 60 minutes $70.00
Pre-event training massage will prepare an individual for physical activity.
Post event overtraining rehabilitation provides rehabilitative treatment
which aides in reduction or complete elimination of post-exercise soreness
(generally the result of strenuous athletic activities).
All of the above
services are provided at your location. I arrive with a folded portable
table, sheets, and lotion so you don't need to provide anything.
Payment
Payment can be
rendered in cash, or by personal check (with ID). Receipts will be issued
for insurance purposes upon request.
