Pre-event training massage will prepare an individual for physical activity. Post event overtraining rehabilitation provides rehabilitative treatment which aides in reduction or complete elimination of post-exercise soreness (generally the result of strenuous athletic activities).All of the above services are provided at your location. I arrive with a folded portable table, sheets, and lotion so you don't need to provide anything.
